brioche buns



These are heavenly. Don’t they look heavenly? Nice and soft and warm from the oven.
And they make the house smell great too!

Ok, I admit, I didn’t actually home-make these. But they are just so pretty that I thought I’d post the pictures. I made the dough in my new bread machine and then took over.
I kneaded, I rested, I cooled, I rested some more, I formed, I spritzed, I egg-washed, I baked.

So I really take credit for most of this recipe…

But if you want to cheat like I did, then just whip up a brioche recipe in your bread machine, form into buns, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
