Bliss.

And cold, frozen bliss to boot in the middle of a hot summer.

Reece's Peanut Butter Ice Cream
Makes about a quart or so.
1 1/8 cups good quality peanut butter (not natural)
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups whole milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup chopped Reece's peanut butter cups

In a stand mixer or medium bowl, combine the peanut butter and sugar and beat until smooth.

Add the milk and mix on low speed until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the heavy cream and vanilla and mix until smooth.

Pour into your ice cream maker and make according to your machine's directions.

Five minutes before done, add in the Reece's candies.

Let finish and freeze until firm.
Enjoy!
*Sorry, there isn't a better "finished" picture....someone's husband ate it before I had a chance.*
