I'm glad you posted this. I've always wondered about this 'sub,' because chickpeas to me have such a strong flavor. So... good to know. :)
ReplyDeleteWell, I have to say the chickpeas themselves didn't lend much flavor. It was the consistency that I didn't like. But we've tried other chickpea recipes for actual cookies and were pleased. So maybe its just the dough??
