snow ice cream!

okay, i think awhile back i promised snow ice cream!

and i hope it's not too late for you all to try!

Snow Ice Cream

Makes one serving

2 cups freshly fallen snow (as clean as you can get it!)
2 tablespoons sugar

1/4 cup cream (or milk would be fine too)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Chocolate syrup and whipped cream, optional

Mix, mix, mix!  As fast as possible to prevent melting :)  Then cover with chocolate syrup and whipped cream and enjoy!
