we've been crazy busy this month with lots of trips and travel but we managed to squeeze in some "normal" time too!
hopefully may will see a slow down while the weather warms up!
|how to boil perfect hard-boiled FARM FRESH days:|
bring a saucepan of water to a boil.
lower eggs in and boil for 15 minutes.
remove to ice water bath and peel immediately.

i tilted the pan off the burner and still no fat run-off off the fresh sausage!
|daddy killed a hog!|
hogs are a huge nuisance to a farm and out of this 120 pound pig, we got about 60 pounds of good meat!
does this count as free-range?? :)
