dallas museum week!

A couple weeks ago, we decided to take one last hurrah of the summer!
(And probably this 32 week pregnant mama's last hurrah.)
To Dallas!
We got a great deal on a city pass that let us see four attractions for almost half price! Awesome!
We visited the GeODeck, Reunion Tower in downtown Dallas, the arboretum, the zoo, and the Perot Museum of Science and Nature.
It was awesome! We had a great time and it was an amazing, "final" fun trip of the summer before school starts again!

GeODeck, Reunion Tower!

the Dallas Arboretum

love these reusable, squeezy pouches.
frozen applesauce was a lifesaver.

i overdid it at the Arboretum so mike took over the next day at the zoo!

the heat didn't bother the animals! they were feisty and up close and personal!

plus, there was a splash pad at the end! score!

an air conditioned (!!) fossil and rock discovery room!

final day was the Perot Science Museum!

downstairs there was a cool play area for little ones!
it was a bit too young for michael but our littles had a great time!

and the upstairs 4 floors were a little too advanced for our youngest two but we still found ways to have fun!

earthquake simulation!

tornado!

gem room!

an awesome museum! we can't wait to go back!
It was a really great way to end the summer and for the price and experience, you couldn't beat it.
Happy Summer!
