These shrimp tacos are spicy, creamy, fresh and super easy!
Serve along side some homemade Spanish rice and enjoy some spice on a hot August night ;)
Chipotle Shrimp Tacos
Serves 4.1 pound peeled, deveined, cleaned shrimp
1 tablespoon chipotle chili powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce (more to taste)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 avocados, diced
Grilled salsa verde
Handful cilantro, chopped
8 corn tortillas
Toss the shrimp with the spices, hot pepper sauce and oil. Grill on medium high heat for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes per side. Heat the tortillas and start building your tacos! Put a few shrimp on your warm tortilla, top with avocado, salsa and cilantro. Enjoy!
